John Schwingle has been building a legacy for over 25 years as a general contractor. He views each home as a masterpiece with an eye for perfection and uniqueness, selecting high quality materials with a plan for longevity and beauty. Because of his organization, integrity, neatness, willingness to inform and flexibility he and his team are a joy to work with.

John and his wife, Fran, have been married almost thirty years. They have two grown daughters. John builds homes that he would like his family to live in.
