After many years ofdreaming and talking of building a new home, 2002 was finally that year. We did the research, got some bids and then-chose Schwingle Builders to build our home. Looking back, we definitely would say that we have had a very positive building experience. John was very easy to work with and was there to answer all our questions along the way. We were impressed and happy with the sub-contractors, i.e., electricians, plumbers, that John chose to work with him on our home. We truly feel that we have a quality "custom-built" home and are very proud of it.

Before we began, I never dreamt that I would be saying this, but I'm already thinking of a retirement home and am hoping we can maybe work with John again someday!
